Agricole Vallone only started bottling its own wines in the 1990s but their flagship wine, Graticciaia, has quickly moved from a wine with a cult following to being admired around the world. Utilising mats to partially dry the negroamaro grapes, Graticciaia acts as a true standard-bearer for the potential of wines from the southern regions of Italy.
