This webinar course examines sweet and fortified wines. We will taste and discuss the most important examples in each style in order to identify their defining characteristics, and learn how to tell them apart from other, similar styles.
In this webinar we taste four sweet wines made from a variety of different methods. We will discuss what their main identifying characteristics are, and how to distinguish them. We will taste the wines below, with suggestions for wines to purchase in parentheses.
