From the comfort and safety of your own home, join us via Zoom as we explore the "Old World Wines" ......what do we mean by that? Basically we're on about the Wines of Europe, the classics! 6 x 50ml samples of fabulous wines delivered to you in advance is included in the price. We'll have a little bit of history but mainly tasting.We'll help you navigate your way around these wines - its really frustrating that a lot of Old World Wines are named after places eg Rioja is a place - do you know the grape variety? We'll talk about and taste the classic grapes you will have heard of from Cabernat Sauvignon, to Merlot, to Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Tempranillo, Malbec....oh yeah, that one originated in France not Argentina!
