    Vineyard Description

    Dedham Vale Vineyard is set in 40 acres of vines, woods and pasture on the edge of the Dedham Vale, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

    Sample the wines and wander through the vines as you enjoy this glorious part of North Essex. The vineyard is on the Essex Way with lovely walks through the surrounding countryside and quiet country lanes and villages of Constable Country.

    We host year round events and hire the grounds and tasting barn for weddings and events.

    Tours and Tastings

    Our tours and tastings

    All tours begin at 11am and lunch is served at 1pm.

    When you join us for a tour and tasting we begin by showing you the vines and give an insight into how the the wine making process begins. What growing vines in England entails and the different varieties of grape that we have at Dedham Vale Vineyard.

    ​

    We then give you a tour of our winery, and explain the wine making process, giving an overview of what it takes to turn grapes into wine we can be proud of.

    ​

    Finally, with all this talk of wine, it's probably time to taste some! In our tasting barn our experts will lead you on a tasting experience, sampling both ours and other interesting English wines.

    ​

    After completing the tour and tasting, a buffet style lunch will be served.
