Sauvignon Blanc is undeniably one of the most important and popular white grape varieties. Planted in many countries around the world it is renowned from it’s fresh and aromatic style. But it is also capable of producing a diversity of styles - from dry wines to sweet wines and even some sparkling wines. It is able to reflect the growing conditions of the region it is planted in creating steely wines in Sancerre, rich styles in Bordeaux and tropical styles in New Zealand, to name but a few!
