North Canterbury is one of the most *exciting* NZ regions as it is most certainly the youngest region from the land of the long white cloud. Mel will be delving into great depths to learn how and why NC is so special. The team at Black Estate showcase a diverse range of varietals, across several vineyards AND they are pretty kick arse at what they do!
