The region of Trentino-Alto Adige has for a long time served the center of Europe with mostly red wines, while today it is famous for fresh whites. Elisabetta Foradori has worked for 35 years to bring back the recognition that local varieties like Teroldego and Nosiola deserve. Today she makes cheese in the mountains while the sons Emilio and Theo are continuing the oenological tradition and Myrtha her daughter, is farming vegetables in between the vines.
