Join for a fun and informative evening, learning about André's natural and sustainable wine making techniques. André Pereira is a Portuguese organic wine pioneer. His family own 15.5ha of vineyards on chalky, clay soils, based in Lisboa’s Encostas d’Aire DOC. They are certified organic and are farmed without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, fungicides and other synthetised chemical products. All of his wines are made without the use of animal products and are certified by the Vegan Society too.
