From the hot Barossa Valley which produces rich, chocolatey and peppery Shiraz, to the cooler Margaret River which produces elegant Cabernets and Sauvignon Blancs. And, from Clare/Eden Valley, famous for its deliciously crisp dry Rieslings, to the honeyed Semillons from Victoria and Hunter valley. In this tasting we will try great wines from the very best regions I would recommend buying in advance: 1 bottle of Clare or Eden Valley Riesling, 1 bottle of red blend preferably GSM (Granche, Syrah, Mourvedre) and 1 bottle of Western Australia Cabernet Sauvignon. We will send you a list of wines from popular suppliers or ask your local wine merchant. Nearer to the date we'll send a list of suggested nibbles to have on the night.
