HATTINGLEY VALLEY IS A DYNAMIC FAMILY OWNED VINEYARD AND WINERY LOCATED IN HAMPSHIRE SPECIALISING IN TOP QUALITY ENGLISH FIZZ.

It’s the innovative and passionate team at Hattingley Valley that helps create a truly unique range of English quality sparkling wines. Our traditional method sparkling wines made from grapes grown on chalk soils deliver a quintessentially English countryside vibrancy that is created for your enjoyment. Our subtle use of oak barrels to ferment a small proportion of the wines helps soften the wines before they go into bottle for secondary fermentation.

Hattingley Valley is owned by Simon Robinson who is also the Chairman of industry body, Wines of Great Britain, and encourages his staff to build their wine knowledge and education both here and overseas in other wine regions. Our vineyard team manages over 24 hectares (60 acres) of vines across two well-situated sites. We also receive grapes from selected vineyards across Southern England. Our talented wine making team is led by Emma Rice who trained at Plumpton College and awarded UK Winemaker of the Year in both 2014 and 2016. The team prides itself in the quality of its work and outstanding end product.
