Fox & Fox Mayfield

We’ve been growing vines since 2004 and producing wine since 2009. In 2010, we expanded from our first vineyard site to a second larger vineyard, whilst remaining true to our first love: making limited quantities of Award winning quality Sparkling Wines with a unique English twist. Within our two vineyards we grow Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. A mixture of medium yielding Burgundy clones, which mature richly in our High Weald terroir, alongside Champagne clones for structure. This carefully selected combination allows us to create wines with enticing fruit flavours, aroma & complexity.
