Planting of the first vines took place in 1972, making Chilford Hall Vineyard one of the oldest established vineyards in England. Situated amongst the rolling chalk hills of the Cambridgeshire downs, the estate is a consistent producer of high-quality award-wining wines.

Tours and Tastings

Standard Tour and Tasting - £15.00 pp

The tour begins with a gentle undulating walk down to our vineyard where your guide will explain how the vines are tended throughout the year in order to produce grapes to the quality that the winemaker demands. There then follows a visit to the winery where the various wine making processes will be explained in detail.

The tour finishes in the Vineyard visitor centre where your guide will offer some thoughts on the 5 wines that you will taste.
Afternoon Tea, Tour and Tasting - £25.00 pp

Why not complete your tour with a quintessentially English Afternoon tea in our delightful Vineyard visitor centre?

Please note that this option is only available on the 2pm tour and meets at the Vineyard visitor centre at 1.30pm
Tour and Tasting with lunch - £35.00pp

Begin your Chilford Hall Vineyard experience with a cup of tea or coffee on arrival before setting off on your tour of the winery and vineyard grounds, followed by a comprehensive wine tasting and a relaxing two course lunch.
