Join us for a fun wine tasting day (11am to 4pm) including a two course lunch.
Beginning with a sparkling wine, you'll taste 12 wines from around the world learning what makes each one different and why. There is plenty of time to enjoy the wines and ask your tutor all of those wine questions you have been wanting to know the answer to.
The day starts with a glass of champagne as we chat about how to get bubbles into wine and continues through a series of white and red wines. The day includes a delicious two course lunch with a glass of rose.What you'll experience during the day:

Introduction to the world's major wine regions
Old World Classics (France, Italy, & Spain) and New World wines (Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina, South Africa, California)

Major red grape varieties – Shiraz, Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Tempranillo and Malbec

Tutored tasting of 12 wines

Food & Wine matching – tips & advice – with practical tastings.
