Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chenin Blanc. What's the difference? If you want to know more about the world's most popular white grape varieties, where they come from and what they taste like, we've got the answers!
You'll learn whether your wine is named after a place (such as Chablis) or a grape (such as Chardonnay) and why the same grape can taste different depending on where it is grown. You'll also find out about how decisions made by the winemaker can impact on the taste of your wine.
You'll also find out how sparkling wines are made, and the differences between the main methods of producing fantastic fizz!
We'll look at pink wines too and show you how to tell if your rosé will be sweet or dry without even tasting it!
There will be 6 contrasting wines to taste and enjoy.
