Would you like to start at the very beginning?
Wine can sometimes seem a bit mysterious and descriptions aren't always easy to understand. An introductory session will answer many of your questions, including:
How is wine made?
How can I tell if a wine is sweet or dry?
Does this wine have high or low acidity?
What is a 'full bodied' red wine and how does that relate to tannin.
How can I make better wine buying choices?
We teach our system for learning How to Taste Wine Like a Pro at ALL our evening sessions, but at an introductory evening we explain every detail right from the start - no previous experience needed!
Your tasting will include: tasting samples of six carefully selected wines, full wine notes & handouts, a 2 hour interactive presentation, with Q&A throughout, led by our wine tutor.
