Just as there are massive differences, and there were even some prejudices, between wines crafted in the New and Old Worlds, the same is very true in the world of chocolate. In this tasting we will explore both how different Terroir and beans impact flavour in craft chocolate, and how different countries styles impact the way chocolate makers craft their bars to yield different flavours, textures and mouth-feels.
