Resource Overview

When tasting wine, we often focus on the conditions surrounding the production of the wine and the flavour profile of the wine itself; we tend to spend less time considering the characteristics of the wine that contribute to its intrinsic quality. This event will explore the quality cues that define fine wine and will feature two chardonnays that show how this grape can excel in opposite corners of the world; dry rosés from two rosé pioneers who are making an excellent case that top rosé can sit alongside great white and red; and two reds from Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon that demonstrate quality traits of these two very different but equally admired grapes.
