Resource Overview

No longer resigned to something you serve at Christmas or slosh into a trifle. Sherry is regaining momentum in the wine world – although for it’s long-standing fans that momentum never slowed. The increase in tapas restaurants and inquisitive palates has seen the popularity of this fortified delight sore, no doubt aided by the variety of styles on offer from bone dry all the way to lusciously sweet.

Join our sherry buyer Tim Sykes and Peter Dauthieu of Ehrmanns, leading wine supplier of Sherry to the UK, as we explore the region of Jerez and the sherries it produces.

We’ll be grabbing a glass of chilled manzanilla – a summer favourite of the Tastings and Events team – but don’t fear, you don’t need a glass of sherry to enjoy this, a glass of anything will do!
