Saffredi is the icon wine of Fattoria Le Pupille. It owes his birth vintage 1987 to the intuition of Elisabetta Geppetti who had the desire to create a great wine out of the most beautiful vineyards in Maremma Toscana. She did it with the precious help of Giacomo Tachis and dedicated the name of the wine to her Fredi, the man who inspired her passion for wine.
