This virtual masterclass demonstrates that in truly great Sherry there is more than meets the eye. Join us as we discuss the complexities of a 12 year old Fino, aged for just about as long as flor can survive, an Amontillado with an average age that far exceeds the 30 year old VORS stated on the label, and a lusciously sweet Pedro Ximenez with an average age exceeding 20 years. We =discuss not only how they are produced and what makes them so special but also how best to enjoy these extraordinarily complex wines in conjunction with food.
