Martin Skelton has worked for Gonzalez Byass for over 35 years, starting his career in sherry at the bodega in Jerez and then in 2004 coming back to the UK to open and run as Managing Director,Gonzalez Byass UK. During this tasting Martin will share his expert knowledge about all things sherry and take you on a journey from the dry, nutty and delicious Tio Pepe Una Palma to the incredibly special and one of the newest releases from the Gonzalez Byass historic cellars, sweet 30 year old palomino Dulce Nombre.
