Gagliole is the land of dreams of Monika and Thomas Bär. The Swiss couple bought the ancient estate in 1990 and today Gagliole is a fine boutique winery that encompasses two vineyard complexes. The first 10 hectares in Castellina in Chianti with magnificent galestro-rich terraces planted to Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malvasia Bianca and the second in the well-known Conca dOro in Panzano in Chianti, some 11 hectares dedicated to Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
