Jorge Navascues is the Head Winemaker at Contino, the esteemed single estate winery of C.V.N.E. Jorge has over 20 years’ winemaking experience and will be presenting a range of Contino’s wines; from the unusual single varietal Graciano to the highly praised and sought after Viña del Olivo. Jorge will talk about his experiences taking the helm at this historic winery and how the impacts of climate change affects a single vineyard and how he is managing it.
