One of the most exciting grape varieties, Cabernet Franc will be introduced by our very own Spanish senior sommelier, Roberto Duran. Cabernet Franc is the parent grape of both Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and originates from the Spanish Basque region, where locally it is known as Achéria (meaning fox).
