Botivo sits in the same space as Campari or Aperol but without the alcohol — it's an aperitif designed for serious drinking occasions. Made in England from 29 botanicals including gentian, hibiscus, cardamom and pink peppercorn, it's genuinely bitter and complex in a way that most nolo aperitifs aren't brave enough to be. Serve it over ice with soda and an orange slice and it's the kind of drink that makes guests ask what it is. Has become a fixture in serious cocktail bars that take their nolo list seriously. At around £27 it's not cheap, but a bottle lasts because the recommended serve is 25ml. One of the most genuinely impressive nolo products on the UK market.
