A pale ale that earns its place on the craft shelf.
Big Drop is one of the few breweries dedicated entirely to sub-0.5% beer, and the Pale Ale is their calling card. Citrusy, hoppy, with more body than most nolo beers manage. It's not as full as an alcoholic pale ale — the body is inevitably slightly thinner — but the hop character is genuinely there. Tropical fruit on the nose, a clean bitter finish. Good enough that you'd order a second. Available online and in an increasing number of independent bottle shops. One of the best nolo options for IPA and craft beer drinkers making the switch.
"The body is a bit thin but the hop flavour is doing enough to make up for it. "
