These informal, fun and wine tasting events are run by leading industry expert, Gilbert Winfield. He likes to have as much fun with wine as possible, so his events aren’t purely academic, but presented in an informal and humorous style. You’ll leave with a smile on your face, plus you will know a lot more about wine than when you started!
Winfield Wines tasting events cover wine pairings – like tapas or cheese – they also dig into specific regions, and give a great global tour with their World Wines tastings.
Gilbert has worked in the wine industry for over 20 years from France to South Africa, and holds the WSET Diploma. In addition to teaching, Winfield is a member of the Circle of Wine Writers and a judge for the International Wine Challenge, one of the UK’s premier wine competitions.

The best thing about Local Wine Schools are that they are all over London. In fact, you can find Local Wine Schools in over 40 locations across the UK.
